Role Description The Senior Salesforce Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business requirements. Day-to-day activities include configuring and customizing Salesforce clouds, building Apex classes and triggers, creating Lightning Web Components, and integrating Salesforce with external systems and analytics tools. The Senior Salesforce Developer collaborates closely with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications, implement best practices, and ensure high-quality, secure, and performant deployments. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, contributing to solution design reviews, and supporting continuous improvement of Midpoint Global's Salesforce development standards.
Qualifications

Strong Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with Salesforce clouds and tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce APIs for integrations.
Proficiency in data and analytics ecosystems, including working with Mixpanel, data visualization tools, and automation workflows.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective collaboration and communication abilities, including working with cross-functional teams and mentoring less-experienced developers.
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a consulting or implementation partner environment, especially in data-driven or analytics-focused projects, is a plus.
