Responsibilities
- Process customer quotation requests and prepare commercial proposals
- Develop feasibility studies and manage part order documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to support on-time delivery schedules
- Handle engineering changes and customer confirmation requests
- Manage price negotiations and customer forecast planning
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Support business growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related Engineering fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sales Staff or Sales Engineer in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Experience working in a Japanese company is preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of technical drawings is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude with a customer-oriented mindset
- Willing to work onsite in Karawang
