Job Description
Our client, a leading Japanese electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Sales professional to develop and manage client relationships in the B2B manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
✅ Conduct client visits and negotiate sales contracts
✅ Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports
✅ Build long-term partnerships with customers
Requirements
✅ Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
✅ Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
✅ Business-level English proficiency (able to conduct business conversations)
✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills
✅ Proactive, target-oriented, and customer-focused
✅ Willing to conduct regular field visits
✅ Willing to be placed in Karawang area
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Experience in B2B sales in manufacturing sector
