Job Description :
- Acquire new business prospects for the company by prospecting, qualifying and nurturing a lead, followed by proposal preparation, presentation and pitching.
- Research and build relationships with clients and the decision-makers in the organization.
- Maintain long-term relationships with accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them
- Responsible for achievement of sales.
- Acting as a key presenter in critical decision-making stages of the sales cycle, building a trusted advisor reputation with new and existing clients.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant major).
- Minimum 4 years Experience in B2B/B2G Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in the technology industry, legal industry and recruitment agency is a plus
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Able to work with targets & under pressure.
- Good analytical skills in accommodating customer needs.
- Good Presentation & Negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and high motivation.
- Lively, energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a must-have.
