Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will manage the sales cycle, achieve revenue targets, and build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and managing client accounts. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
  • Proven ability in Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management
  • Knowledge in Communication Platforms, APIs, and Digital Communication Solutions
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the telecom or technology industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are advantageous
