This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and establishing strong client relationships. Daily tasks include setting sales goals, tracking performance metrics, identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic business development, and presenting solutions tailored to clients needs. The candidate will play a key role in supporting market entry strategies and strengthening the company's presence in the Indonesian upscale flooring market.

• Sales management and business development skills with expertise in creating and executing sales strategies
• Strong ability in building client relationships, account management, and communication
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Leadership skills, including coaching, team management, and motivational capabilities
• Experience in the flooring, construction, or luxury design industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
