Job Description

This role combines luxury client relationship management with a sales-oriented mindset, acting as the client's trusted advisor throughout the full villa construction journey, from agreement signing, design coordination, construction progress, to handover. In parallel, the role supports the active sale of the company's turnkey villa collection.

The position requires a highly independent professional with strong emotional intelligence, credibility with affluent clients, and the ability to manage complex, long-cycle property transactions with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship & Experience Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for villa buyers throughout the entire construction lifecycle.
  • Guide clients through design, construction milestones, timelines, and handover processes with clarity and confidence.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, concerns, and changes, ensuring a premium ownership experience.
  • Build long-term trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals and international buyers.

Luxury Villa Sales Support

  • Support the sale of turnkey luxury villas, including presenting projects, responding to inquiries, and assisting in deal progression.
  • Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and client meetings in Bali and Lombok.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, development, and design teams to align client needs with project execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate internally with development, construction, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth client communication and delivery.
  • Translate technical and construction updates into client-friendly explanations.
  • Ensure documentation, timelines, and commitments are accurately communicated and followed through.

Brand Representation & Professional Presence

  • Represent the company as a polished, service-driven luxury brand ambassador.
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling high-value transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership, strategic, and management roles in property, real estate, or luxury villa sales.
  • Proven exposure to high-value transactions, ideally luxury villas or premium residential developments.
  • Experience dealing with affluent clients, investors, or international buyers.
  • Experience in Real estate, property development, luxury residential projects, or comparable high-end asset sales.
  • Language Skills: business-level oral and written English.
  • Strong client-facing presence with high emotional intelligence and credibility.
  • Independent, self-driven, and comfortable managing clients without close supervision.
  • Calm, solution-oriented, and confident when handling complex client situations.
  • Able to balance relationship management with commercial objectives.
  • Leadership mindset, even without direct people management responsibility.
  • Willing to be based on-site in Bali and travel frequently to Lombok and Sumbawa.
  • Open to Indonesian or expatriate candidates - selection based purely on capability, maturity, leadership approach and cultural fit.
