FINNS Beach Club is looking for a passionate and dynamic Senior Sales Manager.The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales to achieve the company's sales goals. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring they meet their targets. The Senior Sales Manager also identifies market opportunities and trends, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall sales process, particularly in the Event Planners, Wedding Planners, Concierge, EO's Globally & MICE companies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve organizational sales targets.
- Meet the sales target & KPI, aligned with the companies objectives
- Strong communication skills between Director, Manager & Operations Team
- Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve the company's goal
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
- Handle high-level customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market conditions and sales performance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Stay informed about new product developments and industry innovations.
- Ensure the sales team is well-equipped with up-to-date product information.
