  • Develop a business plan and sales strategies for the assigned market territories to achieve the Sales target and business objectives
  • Identify sales prospects and create reports on competitor activities on a regular basis
  • Monitor sales to achieve results for targeted customers
  • Develop all existing customers/subscribers in the form of regular cooperation and support
  • Carry out control over all incoming POs so that they can be sent according to customer/client requests
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers and take a sustainable approach to new customers
  • Monitor initial order execution for new customers
  • Updating customer data (update customer data)
  • Make quarterly, monthly, weekly plans & realizations for sales information (data) purposes
  • Run daily schedules and create progress reports for targeted customers
  • Create a shipping plan and ensure that all shipping and administration processes run properly and correctly
  • Carry out billing that is due to customers
  • Create reports related to sales plans and realizations as well as sales constraints and their solutions.
  • Create reports on customer complaints and provide recommendations for improving services.
  • Create a sales or project forecast report for the next 3 months and review it every month

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as Salesman
  • Excellent multiple stakeholders & customer relationship management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships
  • Strong negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent service minded
  • Self-motivated with Can do attitude
