Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor / Senior Sales Outbound with a strong background in the label printing or printing industry to lead outbound sales efforts and drive business growth. You'll be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, acquiring new clients, and supervising outbound sales activities to achieve company targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients
  • Supervise and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team targets
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and client visits
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored holographic/security label solutions
  • Handle negotiations, proposals, presentations, and deal closings
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights to management
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3–5 years of experience in sales, with proven track record in the label printing / printing industry (is a must)
  • Strong understanding of the label printing industry end-to-end — from client requirements, production process, up to label implementation
  • Previous experience as Sales Supervisor / Senior Sales / Team Leader is preferred
  • Strong outbound sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Based in Jabodetabek, willing to meet clients and travel when needed
  • Own vehicle is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
