We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our growing team at PT Toshindo Elevator Utama. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and driving the sales of our innovative elevator solutions across the Jakarta region. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and propose customised solutions
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to the sales team to support the sales process
- Prepare detailed proposals and technical specifications for lift and escalator projects
- Liaise with the engineering department to ensure timely delivery and installation of products
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide after-sales support to customers
- Participate in trade shows, seminars and other marketing activities to promote the company's products and services
What we're looking for
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical sales or application engineering role within the lift/elevator industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex technical challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
