Key Duties:
The Senior Sales Engineer - Compressor (Rotating Equipment) is responsible to drive sales, generate leads and maintaining relationship with clients to Rieckermann Indonesia customers. This includes thorough understanding of the Indonesia market in the Chemical and Energy industry segments and being commercially astute.
- Sales and target - Effectively present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for Chemical and Energy industry to existing and prospective customers
- Negotiation and Contracting - Negotiate best pricing and contract terms in compliance to company standards and guidelines
- Market Strategies & Business Development - Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach various demographics of customers
- Customer Relationship - Foster strong customer relationship through exceptional service and communication
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant work experience in technical sales, with a focus on compressor and/or rotating equipment sales within the Chemical and Energy industries
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
- Solid understanding and work exposure in the Energy sector, particularly in compressor systems is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target in B2B sales environment
- Able to manage and close sales pipeline and deals and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
- A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients optimize their operations with advanced technology
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Readiness to travel frequently locally and internationally, preferably with driver's license and own vehicle
