Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for industrial boiler spare parts and services, preparing proposals, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day activities include visiting clients, conducting technical assessments, recommending suitable solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal technical and service teams, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The Senior Sales Engineer is expected to meet sales targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and represent Boilermart Indonesia professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain industrial boiler systems and related spare parts
- Proven Sales and Customer Service abilities, including managing client accounts, negotiating, and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to present technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Relevant experience in industrial equipment, power plants, or boiler-related industries; familiarity with Indonesian industrial market is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site with clients, travel within Indonesia as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
