Senior Sales B2B - Offset Printing

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients from Offset Printing/Paper Packaging Manufacture in finding great talent as Senior Sales for Surabaya placement with the detail as follows:

Requirements

• Have 3+ years experience as Sales in Offset Printing - Paper Packaging Manufacture is a must
• Had experience in the similar industry, Offset Printing Packaging (Packaging for cigarettes, pharmaceuticals, skincare, electronics, or watches) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with Surabaya & East Java market
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
• Willing to have 6 working days (Monday - Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Secure new orders and contribute to sales growth
• Monitor and prepare for seasonal peaks in demand
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition
• Collaborate with internal and external sales team members
• Provide regular reporting and updates to the business owner
• Familiarity with the East Java market and based in Surabaya.
