Responsibilities
- Generating and managing leads for land and property transactions.
- Support client communication and relationship-building.
- Accompany clients on property site visits.
- Assist in market research, property valuations, and preparing reports.
- Help with negotiation preparation and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote property listings.
Requirements
- Some experience or strong interest in real estate, property, or sales.
- Knowledge (or willingness to learn) about the Bali property market and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid motorbike driving license and access to a motorbike for site visits.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM systems, social media, etc.) is a plus.
