Job Descriptions:
Be a thinking partner and go-to person for the product, business, marketing to build the strategies to achieve the company's goals
Design, scope, execute, and analyze the research projects independently
Communicate the users insights clearly and ensure it's well-considered in the decision making
Initiative the research projects with the aim to increase the understanding of market needs
Translate the research findings into a strategic recommendation for stakeholders
Help build the internal research capabilities by sharing the research knowledge
Requirements/Qualifications:
Mixed method researchers with at least 4 years of experience in market research, either in-house or research agency
Able to design, execute, and analyze the research project from start to finish independently with minimum supervision
Able to communicate the research findings to relevant stakeholders and be the advocate of users voices to ensure customer centricity within the company
Proven track record of translating consumer and market insights into business, marketing, or product impact that can influence the strategic decisions
Has an experience in B2B space is preferable
