Senior Relationship Manager
Job Description
- Identify and acquire new investors outside ICX's existing database for ICX investment projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key and high-value investors.
- Develop strategies to convert existing investors into active investors in new ICX projects.
- Establish partnerships with investment communities, agencies, financial advisors, and other third parties as sales/referral channels.
- Plan and execute online and offline investor engagement and sales activities.
- Manage the investor pipeline, including follow-up, conversion, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fundraising activities and achieve business targets.
- Monitor investor trends and market opportunities to develop effective investor acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Take ownership of investor acquisition and fundraising targets and drive performance to achieve the assigned targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Investment/Wealth Management, Priority Banking, or similar role.
- Experience in Securities Companies, Asset Management, Banking, or other financial services is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of capital market products, particularly corporate bonds/fixed-income products.
- Proven track record in corporate bond sales/distribution is a strong advantage.
- Strong existing investor/client network with proven client acquisition and conversion experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Professional appearance and confident in dealing with investors, business owners, and external partners.
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Capital Market certification/license is preferred or required, depending on applicable regulations.
Performance-based bonus and commission/incentive tied to investor acquisition and fundraising performance.
