Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Banker located in Bekasi. The Senior Relationship Banker will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Core responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on financial products and services, processing loan applications, and contributing to the Bank's financial services growth. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality support while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Relationship Building skills to maintain and enhance client partnerships.
• Experience in Financial Services and Finance-specific knowledge, including product offerings, policies, and markets at the same banking industry.
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs effectively.
• Proficiency with Funding and Wealth Management products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team and achieve shared goals.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local financial market and fluency in English or Korean is an advantage.
