Responsibilities: What you are regularly responsible for doing on your job

  1. Own the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding preparation.
  2. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  3. Map the market before the hiring becomes urgent.
  4. Track every funnel, movement, delay, and hiring risk.
  5. Prepare reports with good insight.
  6. Work closely with hiring managers to align needs, priorities, and expectations.
  7. Keep candidates, users, and stakeholders properly updated.
  8. Support interviews, assessments, selection, offering, and pre-employment process.
  9. Ensure onboarding preparation is smooth and well-coordinated.
  10. Build networks with campuses, communities, government, job platforms, vendors, and professional organizations.
  11. Support career fairs, campus hiring, company sharing, and employer branding activities.
  12. Explore new sourcing channels before the old ones stop working.
  13. Maintain candidate database and recruitment records accurately.
  14. Spot hiring problems early.
  15. Escalate issues properly before they become bigger problems.
  16. Help build a recruitment process that is structured, accountable, and data-driven.

Requirements for the role:

Knowledge

1. Qualified bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration

or related discipline

2. Solid understanding of full cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles

including direct sourcing, knowledge of employment law, and relationship management.

3. Knowledge in using recruitment system (ATS) and HR System

Experience

1. Minimum of seven years experience managing end to end recruitment process across a variety of roles

2. Create and maintain a talent pool of both internal and external candidates through job boards, headhunting, referral schemes and liaison with external agencies

Technical skills

1. Proficiency in interview and negotiation skill

2. Proficiency in recruitment system (ATS) and HR System

3. Strong administrative and organizational skills

4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Behavior

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Team player with a collaborative approach.

3. Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment and different approach

4. Detail oriented
