Vost & Co. is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in the firm's next stage of growth. This is not a standard delivery-focused recruitment role. We are looking for a commercially driven consultant who is interested in contributing strategically to the development of the business, with a clear pathway toward partnership based on performance and long-term alignment.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership on client acquisition, executive search delivery, and market positioning, helping co-build Vost & Co. into a trusted recruitment firm within its target sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer management, closing)
- Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines within targeted industries
- Contribute to market mapping, salary benchmarking, and search strategy
- Support long-term firm positioning and brand development
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and delivery quality

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of agency-side recruitment experience
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Experience handling mid-to-senior level searches
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills
- High level of ownership, resilience, and professional maturity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term equity/partnership progression
