Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage tendering and procurement processes for subcontractors and materials.
• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare progress claims.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate cost forecasts and reports.
• Contribute to value engineering, risk mitigation, and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and interior finishes.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
