Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

A Senior QA Automation Engineer (or SDET) is a highly skilled professional responsible for ensuring software quality through automated testing and engineering practices. They design, build, and maintain robust test framework to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build, and maintain automated test

- Perform manual testing when needed

- Run tests and identify bugs

- Work closely with feature developers to fix the issue

- Add testing into CI/CD pipelines

- Review requirements and ensure quality

- Improve test coverage and processes

- Track and verify bug fixes

- Support and guide less experienced engineers

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation

- Proficiency in TypeScript

- Solid understanding of API testing

- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD

- Knowledge of test case design
