Senior QC (Apparel)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback and guidance to the production & manufacturing teams
• Manage and decide all regulatory guidelines, i.e. raw materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications
• Ensure designated factories follow the production processes and best practices to produce expected quality standards
• Examine test results, stablished specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on quality solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Apparel quality management
• Proven and well established track record in managing quality for apparel products
• Good communication and listening skills
• Attention to details, good people and organization skills
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel)
• Good command of both written and spoken English
