Senior Purchasing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Principal to follow up purchase order closely
• Calculate / rechecking Purchase Request From Sales team
• Create PO & Receiving on SAP Inventory system
• Liaise with Sales team closely
• Arranging just in time delivery
• Preparing import documentation
• Liaise with local distributor
• Stock/inventory monitoring
• Administration and document filing

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Transportation Management major is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing & import-export role
• Understand the rules and regulation export and import process (especially in the medical equipment industry), Custom Clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to operate SAP inventory system
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge in internal audit, CDAKB is preferred
