Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support an upcoming engagement with Palo Alto Networks in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale BFSI clients and driving complex transformation programs, preferably within cybersecurity and SOC environments.
The role requires a highly proactive leader capable of managing stakeholders, driving governance processes, and identifying potential risks early to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects for BFSI clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain strong project governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proactively identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them early with mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate regular governance meetings, project reviews, and status reporting with leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager delivering complex enterprise programs.
- Proven experience working with large BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) clients.
- Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
- Ability to proactively drive outcomes and ensure project momentum.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Cybersecurity programs.
- Experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise security solutions and cybersecurity operating models.
