Senior Project Manager

Reporting Line

Head of Strategic Transformation Office (STO)

Senior Project Manager Program Manager Team Lead Head of STO

Position Objectives

Support and manage the execution of all strategic and technology initiatives across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management (80%)

Project Initiation

  • Support the creation of medium to large project business cases (scope, goals, deliverables, cost, timeline, dependencies, resources, milestones)
  • Plan and conduct requirement workshops, system evaluations, and user requirement gathering
  • Ensure project objectives, roles, and responsibilities are clearly communicated to stakeholders

Project Execution

  • Manage and lead assigned projects to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Provide effective management support to project teams on medium to large projects
  • Ensure project plans are maintained, deliverables tracked, costs and resources monitored
  • Define and implement appropriate project governance based on project size and complexity
  • Ensure project management framework is followed end-to-end
  • Coordinate publication, review, and sign-off of key project deliverables
  • Manage SOW creation/review, vendor management, and governance
  • Support project audits and security reviews
  • Manage project financials
  • Monitor and report project progress to the project board and stakeholders
  • Coordinate quality activities, manage risks, issues, and change control

Project Closure

  • Ensure smooth BAU handover to production support teams and formal project closure
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned

Other Responsibilities (20%)

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor to meet business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Technical, Information Systems, or related fields

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT
  • At least 4 years in Project Management

Certifications (Advantage)

  • Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Business certification (e.g. FLMI LOMA)

Special Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile) and PMO/Project Management
  2. Solid understanding of project management frameworks
  3. Proven experience working with internal stakeholders
  4. Experience delivering projects in fast-paced environments
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment abilities
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia
