Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join one of Bukalapak's growing business ventures. In this role, you'll lead high-impact strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive execution from ideation through implementation. What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects that support business growth and expansion.
• Take ownership of ambiguous business challenges and drive execution from concept to implementation.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Identify business opportunities and develop initiatives to improve operations, commercial performance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute strategic initiatives and business collaborations.
• Coordinate the implementation of new business processes, systems, and operational improvements across the organization.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful execution.
• Prepare business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Strategy, Management Consulting, or Business Operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• Experience in technology, retail, consulting, startups, or other high-growth businesses is a plus.
