This full-time, on-site role based in Batam City focuses on leading engineering projects for skids and wellhead control panels in the oil and gas sector. The Senior Project Engineer oversees the full project lifecycle, including concept development, detailed engineering, design reviews, and technical documentation.Responsibilities include managing internal team, project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations. The role also involves resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery. The Senior Project Engineer is expected to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical proposals and bid evaluations.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to skids and wellhead control panels in the oil and gas industry.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess proficiency in company engineering software Draftsight and/or Solidworks and familiarity with applicable international standards.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in oil and gas project execution.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality in all project phases.
