Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Project Architect role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, within the SCBD development area. The Senior Project Architect will lead architectural design and coordination from concept through construction, ensuring alignment with company standards and project objectives. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design drawings and specifications, managing submittals, and coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues. The role involves overseeing project schedules and quality, integrating BIM workflows, and supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with LEED or similar standards. The Senior Project Architect will also provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and documentation.

Qualifications
- minimum 12 Years of experience
- Strong expertise in Architecture, including design development, construction documentation, and technical detailing.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with experience overseeing design timelines, resources, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Hands-on experience managing Submittals, including review, tracking, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Practical knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design coordination, clash detection, and documentation.
- Understanding of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or comparable sustainability standards and their application in building projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as an architect is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise developments is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM platforms, and presentation tools).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
