Full-time position • 30–40 hours per week • Flexible hours • Contract (PKWT) 12 months
About the program
The Apple Developer Institute for Entrepreneurship is a 10-month incubator and accelerator program that helps Apple Developer Academy graduates turn prototypes into products and startups. Through Launch, Grow, and Scale, teams strengthen their App Store business models, validate partnership opportunities, and build credible proof for their next step.
The program focuses on three outcomes: a stepping stone to future opportunities, a clear story of progress and impact, and Apple quality demonstrated through intentional design, strong craft, accessibility, performance, and a clear purpose. Teams leave with stronger foundations for continued growth and scale.
Responsibilities
• Run selection, app and AI audits, the 10-week onsite pilot, Launch, Grow and Scale milestones, graduation and program evaluation.
• Set weekly learning goals, workshops, mentor sessions, team deliverables and evidence-based milestone decisions.
• Source and maintain partners; match opportunities to team needs and agree pilot scope, access, onsite roles and success measures.
• Coach teams with Entrepreneur in Residence / mentors and experts on user validation, product choices, App Store growth, go-to-market and partner value.
• Coordinate design, accessibility, performance and AI reliability audits; track critical fixes before live use.
• Track weekly outcomes, team capacity, grants and costs. Report risks and recommendations directly to the Apple team.
• Build verified before-and-after stories for Apple, partners and government, with consent; use lessons to improve the next cohort.
Qualifications
• 5+ years managing cross-functional startup, product or innovation programs from plan to delivery.
• Startup growth and go-to-market experience: acquisition, activation, retention, pricing and commercial testing.
• Strong App Store business knowledge, including product pages, distribution, in-app purchase and subscriptions.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain partnerships with clear scope, owners and measurable outcomes.
• Able to mentor startup teams and turn evidence into product and business decisions.
• Strong project management, budget and risk control across concurrent teams and partners.
• Clear English and Bahasa Indonesia; able to tell credible impact stories from verified outcomes.
• Willing to learn Apple technologies and work onsite in Thamrin when needed.
Preferred
