Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead overall AMS commercial, able to influence key regional and local senior stakeholders to shape the right growth strategy
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local business development teams to develop, refine and execute commercial initiatives to drive up the scale and adoption of AMS
  • Deepen partnership with global and regional media partners, identify growth opportunities and co-create new product offerings/programs
  • Own tracking and reporting on key metrics performance/gaps against competitors, generate actionable business insights and drive the execution
  • Oversee the end-to-end GTM of new features rollout across markets
  • Work closely with both product and business teams to innovate and solve problems resourcefully


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 6 years of hands-on experience in leading end-to-end strategic projects
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach, paired with high attention to detail
  • Proficient Excel / PowerPoint is a must, experience with industry / market research and modelling is preferred, knowledge of Ads / e-commerce is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and provide coaching / mentorship for junior members, flexibility to adapt to challenges and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong ownership and can work towards goals independently with drive resourceful and proactive problem-solver
