Key Responsibilities
- Vision & Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy for our ERP ecosystem, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Business Analysis: Use industry-standard tools to map, analyze, and optimize business processes before translating them into technical specifications.
- Integration Oversight: Manage the architecture and implementation of integrations between the core ERP and 3rd-party applications.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt based on business value and tight delivery timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for user requirements, managing expectations and delivering high-quality solutions under pressure.
- Team Leadership: Partner closely with the development team, providing clear guidance and maintaining morale through the ups and downs of the dev cycle.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in ERP software development and end-to-end software deployment.
- Integration Expertise: Proven track record of successfully integrating ERP systems with various external software and APIs.
- Analytical Mastery: Expert-level experience with business process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) and UI/UX prototyping.
- Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle aggressive deadlines and complex user requirements without compromising on quality.
- People Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical jargon and business needs.
- Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of the SDLC and the ability to earn the respect of developers by understanding their technical constraints.
