What You'll Own
- App Growth & Engagement: Define and ship user-facing product improvements that increase app installs, DAU, and habit-forming loops.
- Internal Tools Optimization: Lead revamps or build-outs of ERP modules and team tools (Lark, dashboards, supply-finance flows) to reduce manual work and enable scale.
- Cross-Functional Product Leadership: Work daily with tech, creative, marketing, ops, and finance teams to align goals and drive execution.
- Product Process Excellence: Own backlog clarity, sprint execution, user research rhythms, and tight QA for every release.
- Outcome Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of your initiatives using meaningful business KPIs.
What Success Looks Like
- App installs and DAUs grow 2–3x with improved onboarding and retention flows
- Two critical internal workflows (e.g. PO-to-shipment, marketing-to-ops sync) are automated and error-reduced by 50%
- Product backlog velocity is steady, QA bugs reduced, and cross-functional teams trust product planning rhythms

We're lean, async when possible, and fast to test and learn. Titles are light; ownership is everything. You'll work directly with founders and senior leads, and you'll be expected to bring clarity, urgency, and humility every day.

This is a senior squad leader role. You'll manage a small cross-functional team, own roadmap decisions, and work with function leads across the company. You report to the COO.
