We are hiring a Senior Product Manager Local Assets & Financial Products, based in Jakarta, to drive the growth and development of our Indonesian Equities, Gold, Mutual Funds, Wallet, and Savings products. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of wealth management in Indonesia by driving user growth, improving financial access, and enhancing user experience across some of our most widely used products.
What You Will Do
As the Senior Product Manager Local Assets & Financial Products, you will be responsible for driving execution and growth across a diverse portfolio of product offerings tailored to Indonesian investors.
- Indonesian Equities
- Improve and scale the Indonesian Equities product experiencefrom discovery to trade execution.
- Improve user journeys around KYC, onboarding, stock search, order placement, portfolio view, and reporting.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and exchange partners to ensure regulatory alignment and a seamless trading experience.
- Gold & Mutual Funds
- Lead the product development for digital gold and mutual fund investment flows.
- Enhance purchase, sale, and redemption experiences while ensuring clarity around pricing, tax treatment, and portfolio performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to diversify offerings and grow AUM.
- Wallet & Fund Flows
- Oversee wallet experiences, including IDR deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across asset classes.
- Work with engineering, risk, and customer support teams to ensure secure, fast, and intuitive fund flows.
- Drive wallet feature innovation (e.g., instant top-up, fee transparency, auto-sweep).
- Savings Products
- Launch and manage savings and yield-based features that optimize idle IDR balances.
- Design easy-to-understand savings products with predictable returns and flexible liquidity.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and sustainable economics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate high-level strategic direction into actionable product roadmaps and sprint plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts to build and ship high-quality features.
- Set success metrics, analyze user behavior, and continuously iterate based on data and feedback.
What We're Looking F
