About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Payments & Platform tribe. In this role you will own the product management for our payment products (EDC, QRIS, digital transfers, bill payments).
You will manage an end-to-end product development and be accountable for delivery across multiple product lines. You will also be a player — leading critical initiatives yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Payments & Platform Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for payment products across Indonesia and Philippines
- Cross-Tribe Alignment: Ensure Payments & Platform roadmap aligns with other tribes
- Player-Coach: Lead critical initiatives directly, especially for strategic or projects
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Engineering, Business, Operations, and external partners to deliver on roadmap
- Delivery Accountability: Ensure the tribe delivers on committed roadmap with quality and predictability
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record of delivering payment products at scale
- Deep understanding of payment systems, APIs, settlement, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C)
- Strong technical depth — can engage with engineering on architecture decisions
- Data driven and strong analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience in agile methodologies
