Job Description

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of high-impact features for the KitaLulus platform.
  • Design-First Thinking: collaborate deeply with Product Designers. You don't just approve designs; you critique user flows, understand interaction design, and can jump into Figma to articulate your ideas visually when needed.
  • Technical Partnership: Serve as a true partner to Engineering Leads. You understand the technical implications of your roadmap, helping to make trade-offs between shipping fast and scalability. You can translate business requirements into clean technical logic.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Define success metrics (SQL skills are a huge plus) and use data to validate hypotheses before and after development.
  • Stakeholder Management: articulate the Why and the How to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining the respect of the engineering team through your technical literacy.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a high-growth Marketplace or SaaS environment.
  • Visually Fluent: You have a strong sense of UX/UI. You understand design systems, information architecture, and can spot a bad user experience from a mile away.
  • Technically Literate: You may not write production code today, but you have a Computer Science background, previous coding experience, or a deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data models. You know what makes a backend heavy and what makes a frontend janky.
  • A Ruthless Prioritizer: You know how to cut scope without killing the value of the product.
  • User-Obsessed: You are comfortable picking up the phone to talk to a job seeker in Tier 2 cities or an HR Manager at a top enterprise to understand their pain points.

Bonus Points

  • Ability to write your own SQL queries.
  • Previous experience as a Developer or a UI/UX Designer before moving into Product.
