Senior Product Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, defining product vision, and ensuring successful product delivery aligned with business goals and customer needs. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategy development and product enhancements.

• Strong skills in Product Management, Product Planning, and Roadmap Execution
• Experience with Cross-functional Team Collaboration, Stakeholder Management, and Customer Needs Analysis
• Knowledge in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools and software
• Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products from concept to launch
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the IT or digital industry, especially within Indonesia's or Southeast Asia's digital market, is highly advantageous
