About the Job:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement across our ERP solutions. You will lead a team of System Analysts and collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Development, QA, and Project Teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and scalable software solutions. You will also identify opportunities for product enhancement, analyze industry trends, and ensure product initiatives align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of System Analysts to ensure high-quality requirements analysis and documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, product goals, and development capacity.
• Oversee the preparation of PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Project Teams to ensure requirements are understood and product features meet expectations.
• Evaluate existing ERP functionalities to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Research industry trends, business processes, and ERP best practices to support product innovation.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and align stakeholders to support effective product delivery.
• Use customer feedback and evolving business needs to continuously improve product quality and usability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or software product development.
• Experience leading or managing System Analysts, Business Analysts, or similar teams.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience preparing and managing PRDs, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and core business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable priorities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial workflows is an advantage.
• Experience with Odoo, SAP, or other ERP platforms is an advantage.
