Job Description

Job Description:

  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, business case, UX flows, whilst ensuring technical feasibility and proper impact assessment
  • Drive product delivery by working closely with Regional PM, QA / testing, and dev to ensure timely and high quality releases
  • Plan and execute UATs and live tests, partnering with developers and operations team to identify issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure smooth and timely release
  • Enable end user through product demos, training sessions, and good documentation to support adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, SPX and ShopeeFood to align on product direction

Requirements:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, or similar roles, with relevant degree (Bachelor's, Master's)
  • Prior experience in product testing /QA /BA / Product Owner
  • Structured and detail-oriented mindset, able to keep track of tasks independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, conversational English skills is highly preferred
  • Willingness to work in fast-paced environment and demonstrate high ownership
  • Skills in UI mockups and basic SQL coding is not required but highly desirable
