Define and Communicate Product Strategy: Establish the mid-to-long-term product vision and roadmap for multiple domains, translating business goals into clear, high-impact, outcome-based product initiatives.
Drive Execution and Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle (discovery, build, launch, iteration). Manage complex dependencies, align product priorities with Engineering capacity, and drive an outcome-driven culture.
Lead Data-Driven Discovery: Lead user research, market analysis, and customer validation efforts. Ensure all product decisions are supported by data and experimentation (analytics, A/B testing).
Manage Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, and all Business functions (Sales, Ops, Finance). Facilitate objective, data-driven cross-functional decision-making.
Develop Product Organization: Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of Product Managers. Drive organizational maturity by standardizing product operations and building a strong, customer-centric team culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Have min7 years experience in Product Management, including 4+ years leading Product teams
Proven experience managing a multi-product portfolio simultaneously.
Experience in a technology-based company (SaaS, digital platform, e-commerce, or fintech/logistics tech).
Deep expertise in Product Discovery, Roadmapping, and Prioritization.
Mastery of Outcome-based frameworks (OKRs, North Star Metrics) and Go-to-market Strategy.
Highly proficient in using data analysis (A/B testing, analytics) as the foundation for decision-making.
Strong strategic, analytical thinking, and excellent communication/storytelling skills.
Ability to negotiate, influence, and align diverse stakeholders while managing ambiguity.
