Senior Product Designer

Role Overview:

As a Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric solutions for our products and services. You'll be at the intersection of user needs, technology, and business objectives – making sure our product resonates with our users and stands out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define, design, and implement intuitive user interfaces.
2. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user needs.
3. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product team.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to continually refine and iterate on design solutions.
5. Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains cutting-edge.
6. Advocate for the end-user, ensuring the highest level of usability and accessibility in our products.

Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of experience in Product/UI/UX design
• A portfolio that showcases strong design acumen, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in design software like Figma
• Experience in working with Design Systems
• A proactive mindset, willing to take initiative and drive projects forward in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

• Experience in developing experiences around AI Systems
• Experience in designing business-centric tools handling process flows
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience in designing for Mobile phone platforms (iOS and Android)
