Key Responsibilities
- Support the product and operational teams by conducting research and providing clear analysis on product initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on the industry landscape, customers, product metrics, and the latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps.
- Generate new ideas that can increase market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth and conversions.
- Analyze A/B tests in depth to help the team make better decisions.
- Define the scope and prioritize activities based on their impact on the business and customers.
- Work closely with product, operations, business, and marketing teams to design the scope and implement new features.
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- A strong technical background in SQL querying is required.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid technical foundation with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software or database development.
- Independent and possesses good project management skills to ensure smooth execution.
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager or as a data/business analyst.
