Position Overview
You will blend data analysis, product insight, and stakeholder engagement to improve product performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build dashboards and track KPIs for product performance.
Conduct A/B tests, cohort analysis, and user behavior studies.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for product teams.
Support experimentation and validate hypotheses through data.
Present insights to leadership and mentor junior analysts.
Required Tools & Technologies
Product Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap
BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI
Data Analysis: SQL, Python/R
Collaboration: Jira, Confluence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, CS, or related field.
3-5 years in product/data analytics.
Strong SQL and BI tool expertise.
Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in SaaS or tech environments is a plus.
