Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
- Creating and implementing strategies to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria like quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the organization.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, and resolving any issues or disputes.
- Leading, guiding, and mentoring a team of procurement specialists, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Tracking expenses, managing procurement budgets, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting on procurement performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery results.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of supply chain management principles and processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to procurement, supply chain, or supplier performance.
