Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market studies to evaluate and select suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards through periodic assessments.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms with vendors to achieve significant cost savings and avoidance.
  • Coordinate purchase needs across departments and accurately manage all procurement data
  • Prepare a rolling forecast for suppliers and generate monthly reports on cost savings and vendor performance.
  • Maintain all purchasing records and foster strong communication channels with both suppliers and internal users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major with minimum 3 year of experience
  • Possess strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with the SAP system is a plus
  • Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be based in our Karawaci office and mobile if needed.
