  • Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement functions across the organization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement and strategic sourcing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives and deliver measurable cost-saving targets.
  • Establish, implement, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supplier and supply chain risks.
  • Lead vendor selection, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure long-term value, quality, and service reliability.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and continuously improve procurement processes and cycle times.
  • Align procurement planning with budget availability and cash flow management.
  • Manage procurement expenditure with strong financial discipline and support forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Legal, and other departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
  • Provide strategic procurement insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 812 years of progressive experience in procurement, finance, or business support roles.
  • Proven experience in a senior managerial or leadership role overseeing organization-wide procurement functions.
  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
  • Solid understanding of procurement governance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and perform effectively under pressure.
