Role Overview

Pluang is looking for a Senior Procurement Associate who will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and issuing purchase orders for operational needs. It requires collaborating with other departments to consolidate requirements, ensuring supplier integrity and cost-effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tender/sourcing and negotiation strategies that aims for the benefit of company and are according to prevail procurement policy
• Perform vendor's due diligence to avoid any risks within a business and identify areas for further investigation
• Perform contract management (contract review and signing routing, contract filing, and documentation) and maintain the active contract list to keep updated and useful for all related stakeholders
• Create Purchase Order that is aligned with procurement policy and business requirement
• Lead the communication with related stakeholders regarding vendor's delivery evaluation and ensure to keep the record organized and useful
• As a point of contact for all administrative and maintenance of all tools and reports used in the company.
• Maintain relationship with vendors with purpose to sourcing the best services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering, finance, or a related discipline
• 3–6 years of proven experience in procurement management
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Background in data analysis and processing is preferred
