Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution to drive operational excellence
Identify and drive continuous improvements across end-to-end workflows — spanning production, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics — with careful consideration of risk and the establishment of clear policies and standard operating procedures.
Identify, Evaluate and implement automation solutions to improve process efficiency
Define and track key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
5-8 years of relevant experience in process transformation, internal audit, supply chain, internal control, or manufacturing operations
Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation (SAP/Oracle)
Proven expertise in process automation, data-driven performance improvement, and supply chain analytics.
Preferably from FMCG / manufacturing / retail
Strong analytical & data-driven mindset
Having experience in Consulting firm is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse functions.
