Lead strategic process transformation initiatives across the Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions to enhance operational excellence and business performance.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and redesign end-to-end workflows within procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
Identify and implement automation opportunities in partnership with IT teams to drive ERP-enabled process efficiencies and digital integration.
Spearhead ERP migration initiatives for supply chain and manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems and minimal disruption to business continuity.
Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness, measure improvement outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in process transformation, internal audit, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, ideally within a large-scale or multinational environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, manufacturing workflows, and lean management methodologies.
Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation and migration, preferably with SAP.
Proven expertise in process automation, data-driven performance improvement, and supply chain analytics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse functions.
