Senior Presales Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Assist the sales team with customer orders, pre-sales technical Q&A, and Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
2. Build and maintain customer relationships and coordinate their participation in marketing activities.
3. Provide timely technical support to solve product/service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Proactively analyze and identify customer needs, offering optimal solutions.
5. Gather user feedback and competitor information, and propose product optimization suggestions.
6. Conduct customer training programs, deliver integrated solutions, and generate re-sale opportunities.
7. Collaborate with Sales on pre-implementation planning and execution depending on deal size to ensure smooth delivery and acceptance.
8. Continuously learn about enterprise IT, SaaS, and relevant technology trends; understand Fanruan's unique value.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, STEM background preferred.
• Proficient in SQL Script, Excel, and JavaScript.
• Skilled in at least one database engine's use and management.
• Strong willingness to self-learn data analysis applications and IT solution integration.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Good documentation skills, able to summarize work in presentations.
• Strong communication, patience, stress tolerance, logical thinking, quick learning, innovation, and integration abilities.
• Capable of building trust relationships with decision-making level clients.
• Age: Born around 1990; Gender: No restriction.

Base Monthly Salary: at least Rp 39,000,000  

*Uncapped commission paid quarterly; earnings grow with sales.
